Law of 16 April 2003 on compulsory insurance against third party motor vehicle liability, as amended (coordinated version of 6 April 2024)
Law of 29 March 2024 :
1° transposing Directive (EU) 2021/2118 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2021 amending Directive 2009/103/EC relating to insurance against civil liability in respect of the use of motor vehicles, and the enforcement of the obligation to insure against such liability; and
2° amending :
a) the amended law of 16 April 2003 on compulsory insurance against third party motor vehicle liability;
b) the amended law of 7 December 2015 on the insurance sector;
c) the amended law of 15 March 2016 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories and amending different laws relating to financial services.
